Anxiety Workshop

This workshop is for kids in Grades 4 -6, that want to work on why we have anxiety and the tools that can be used to work through Anxiety.

Beginning Entomology

Do you have a kid who loves bugs? Beginning entomologists will learn insect identification, collection, preservation and pinning. Students will create their own insect collection to take home.

Beginning Photography

This beginner-friendly photography course is designed to introduce you to the fundamental principles of capturing better images. Whether you're using a DSLR or a mirror-less camera, this class will equip you with the essential skills needed to create visually engaging photos.
We'll cover basics of exposure--shutter speed, aperture, and ISO--and explore how these elements work together to create well-balanced images. You will also learn about different composition techniques.

Supplies needed: digital or mirror-less camera (not a cellphone), students can also bring along a laptop.

Beginning Pickleball

Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. This beginning class will teach you the rules, techniques, and strategies. Bring your own paddle; pickleballs will be provided. Each class has a limit of 14.

Monday, June 2, 9, 16, and 23 at 4-6 p.m.

This will be at an outdoor court, location will be relayed to those registered.

Beginning Quilting
If you have a basic knowledge of sewing and are interested in learning the fundamentals of quilting, this class is for you. Students will learn to read patterns, cut fabric, sew a ¼’ seam allowance, press and more while constructing a table runner with basic blocks. A supply list will be provided upon registration. Bring your own sewing machine or use one of ours. Learn a new skill that can provide you a lifetime of enjoyment.
