Gut Health Sourdough - October GI
Gut health is crucial for your overall wellbeing! In this workshop we will explore why certain foods and habits can negatively impact your gut and learn simple ways to improve not just your gut health, but your overall wellness. Every participant will receive a 100-year-old sourdough “mother” to bake delicious bread at home. Students must bring: 5 cups of bread flower or AP unbleached flower, a quart-sized jar to take your “mother” home in, a medium/large mixing bowl, gloves to mix dough with (optional) and a kitchen scale if you have one.
