Doors open at 6 p.m. and the workshop begins at 6:30 p.m. Join CCC and Grand Island’s own The Vintageleaf Boutique, which has been selling tropical houseplants, helping diagnose plant problems and providing other plant-related services since 2018. Workshops will be held at The Vintageleaf Boutique in Grand Island.

2-by-2 Geometric Barn Quilt
In this class, you will paint a 2-by-2-foot ACM (aluminum composite material) outdoor barn quilt with outdoor paint. You do not need to be an artist and you do not need a barn to put it on-they go everywhere. Many colors to choose from. The Geometric Barn Quilt is a gridded blank that is compatible to 48 design options on a pattern board that is explained the day of class. Eight colors are included; if you wish to use more, it is $2 per container. Beginning Entomology

Do you have a kid who loves bugs? Join us in Ord to learn about the world of entomology. Beginning entomologists will learn insect identification, collection, preservation and pinning. Students will create their own insect collection to take home.
