PREREQUISITE: Accounting Basics for Non-Accountants, or accounting/bookkeeping knowledge or prior work experience REQUIRED. Students should have a personal computer with Windows 10 AND have strong computer skills.

Apply double entry bookkeeping and then dig deeper into the analysis and recording of financial transactions and financial statements. Get hands-on experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll procedures, sales taxes and common banking activities. Understand the role of the three main accounting statements:  balance sheet, income statement and cash flow. This course is a prerequisite for QuickBooks.
