Financial Assistance Available

This course takes place Mondays and Thursdays, 6pm-9pm, via Zoom

Build credibility and distinguish yourself within the accounting world by completing an accounting certification. Students will learn accounting and reporting standards such as accounts receivable and uncollectible accounts, merchandise inventory and depreciation. Be prepared to take the National Accounting Certification exam the last night of class. Textbook and exam fee included in tuition. 

Prerequisite: Bookkeeper Certification Course (EYD-205)

In the Adult Basic Education/GED Program, participants will: • Improve reading, writing, and math skills. • Attain basic work readiness and occupational skills needed to succeed in the workplace. • Achieve academic success through attainment of a GED. • Continue learning by entering into postsecondary education or advanced training, military service, employment, or qualified apprenticeships upon attainment of GED. Advanced Major Crimes Delaware will examine the most publicized criminal cases to occur in Delaware. The course will cover the Thomas Capano murder trial of Ann Marie Fahey, the Route 40 serial murder, and the Dr. Bradley case, in addition to several national major criminal investigations.
