Comp TIA A+ is the most essential IT certification for establishing an IT career. Students will build a desktop computer during this course as part of their hardware and software certification training. Upon completion of this course, each student will be able to take their individual computer home. This course is designed to fully prepare you to sit for the CompTIA A+ certification exam. Textbook and computer equipment included; exam fee is not included.

CompTIA Network+ is a vendor neutral networking certification that validates the essential knowledge and skills needed to confidently design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot any wired or wireless network.
Certified individuals are in-demand worldwide, and these skills will prepare you for a career as a network administrator, technician, or installer. This course will prepare you to sit for the CompTIA Network+ Certification exam which verifies the skills and knowledge needed to take on a pivotal role in building, managing, and protecting the critical asset that is the data network. Textbook included. Exam fee is not included.

Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, in-person

Designed to demonstrate techniques and practices to ensure proper safety, collection, preservation, shipping, and documentation for environmental water samples. Discussions on sample hold times, proper container selection, appropriate volumes for each sample type, and sources of information. Other topics include laboratory selection, record keeping, quality assurance, and quality control for laboratories.
