The program includes the following: • OSHA Safety Training • TIG Welding • Welding Theory & Terminology • Pulse-TIG Welding • Basic Metallurgy • Fluxcore Welding • Welding Machine Operation • Pipe Welding • Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) • Pipe Fitting & Joint Beveling • MIG Welding • Blueprint Reading Textbooks, safety glasses, welding helmets, jackets, and gloves are included. 

NOTE: Long pants and composite or steel-toed shoes are required for all welding classes.

Students will gain experience and comprehensive hands-on training in shielded metal arc (a.k.a.“ stick”) welding, TIG welding, MIG welding, pulse-TIG welding, Fluxcore welding, pipe welding, pipe fitting and joint beveling, welding blueprint reading, welding machine operation, and OSHA safety. Textbooks, safety glasses, welding helmets, jackets, and gloves are included. NOTE: Long pants and composite or steel-toed shoes are required for all welding classes.
