Delaware law requires the Person-in-charge (PIC) to demonstrate food safety knowledge to comply with the Food Code. The ServSafe® Food Protection
Manager Certification meets that requirement. The ServSafe Food Safety Program for managers provides food safety training, exams, and educational materials to food service managers. Earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). Learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety. The program includes the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research, and years of food sanitation training experience. Textbook and exam included.
