Real Estate Mathematics (EYL-203)

This course is held in-person every Tuesday and Thursday 6pm-10pm. 

The math portion of the real estate pre-licensing course provides students with knowledge of general business applications such as mortgage, commission, appreciation, depreciation, and tax problems. Students who pass the math exam at the beginning of the pre-licensing course will be exempt from having to complete Real Estate Mathematics. Please bring a 3-ring binder to class.
