Curriculum introduces the core competencies needed in the field of early care and education. Students will develop essential knowledge, skills, and aptitudes that can enhance young children’s development in early education settings. This course is approved through the Office of Childcare Licensing in Delaware. Office of Child Care Licensing requires a high school diploma or GED in order to register.

The Advanced Core Curriculum (Level II) has 12 modules with an additional 66 hours of childcare training. Each training module has specific objectives which describe essential knowledge and skills within each topic area. This course is approved through the Office of Childcare Licensing in Delaware.
