"In this 1.5 hour workshop, participants will learn the basics of Tinkercad 3D modeling starting off with introductory concepts before moving on to more complex modeling techniques. Topics include, navigating menus,  how to move, rotate and scale objects, grouping and manipulating objects, and using the align and workplane tools. Participants will use these skills to design and then 3D print a refrigerator magnet. Note: 3D printed parts will need to be picked up at a later time.

3D Printing for Beginners - An Introduction to 3D Printers and Setup Tutorial (FABLAB 3D )

"In this 1.5 hour workshop participants will learn a basic introduction to 3D printers and their uses. Participants will learn the correct setup and capabilities of the Dremel 3D40 and 3D45 printers, 3D printing filament material types, and how to slice your model for best results. Participants will be allowed to download and print 3D models from websites such as thingiverse.com, some models will need to be picked up the following day. Open lab hours following workshop.
