Students will learn to bake child friendly desserts from around the world. Staring with basic knife skills and kitchen safety, students will develop techniques that build confidence in the kitchen. You can expect to make European classics such as Cream puff and Apple tarts. As well as explore modern bakeshop techniques with chocolate twists and bread pudding.
