This class is 7 of 7 in "Your Marketing Playbook Series". Equip participants with practical skills to set up affordable, targeted ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Applied Practices I: Repair and Service provides hands-on practice in servicing and repair of heating and cooling equipment. Students develop a basic understanding of servicing and repair practices as seen in the industry.

This course is the basic course on understanding dealer responsibilities. This class will serve as a refresher course and will teach the requirements of being an auto dealer in Iowa and how to maintain a dealer’s license. Updates on changes to state and federal law, rules and regulations will be provided.  The trainer will discuss new laws enacted during the most recent legislative session impacting auto dealers as well as providing new information from federal and state agencies pertaining to the auto industry.  Dealers will be encouraged to bring forth areas of concern to assist with possible solutions to these concerns. Dealers will review videos from the staff of the Iowa Department of Transportation Bureau of Investigation and Identity Protection and the Consumer Protection Division of the Iowa Attorney General’s office.

This class will guide you through the process of making both flaky and mealy pie crusts—ideal for any sweet or savory creation. You’ll learn professional techniques for mixing, rolling, and crimping. Then, you'll fill your pie with a warm, spiced apple filling and bake it to golden perfection.
As our apple pies bake, we'll also prepare and sample other cherished favorites like pecan and pumpkin pie.
