Pollinator Summer Camp (6th-8th Grade) (YOUTH-01)

Get ready to explore the amazing world of bees, butterflies, and other pollinators during this hands on summer camp experience. Campers will learn why pollinators are essential to our food system and environment while discovering how flowers, gardens, and insects work together to support life. Throughout the camp, students will participate in fun activities such as building pollinator habitat, creating seed or mud bombs, exploring plants that attract pollinators, and learning the basics of honey bee biology and hive structure. Campers will also have the opportunity to safely visit the bee yard, observe a working hive with protective equipment. This camp combines science, nature, conservation, and outdoor exploration in an engaging way designed to inspire curiosity and environmental stewardship. No prior experience is needed. Just bring your sense of adventure and a willingness to learn about some of nature’s hardest workers. Closed toe shoes required
