Adults over the age of 18 years of age
This program requires a mandatory student orientation held one week prior to the start of class. Attendance at orientation is required to participate in the course.
The program includes both online classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel (BTW) training. The instructor will have detailed instructions on accessing the online coursework and scheduling driving sessions at orientation. 
To successfully complete the course, students must:
•    Meet all attendance requirements
•    Pass the written examination
•    Demonstrate proficiency during practical driving evaluations
Important Information:
After completing the online portion of the course, students have 45 days to complete six (6) behind-the-wheel driving sessions with the instructor.

It will focus on teaching drivers how their behind the wheel attitude affects their driving behavior. Its purpose is to give participants an opportunity to reflect on their driving behavior and make a commitment to positively alter their daily driving experience. December 15 from 10am-6:30pm 
Harlan Campus
This class meets from 10:00am-6:30pm. The Iowa Driver Improvement (DIP) will examine attitudes and behavior in relation to driving. It will focus on teaching drivers how their behind the wheel attitude affects their driving behavior. Its purpose is to give participants an opportunity to reflect on their driving behavior and make a commitment to positively alter their daily driving experience. September 16 from 10am-6:30pm 
Atlantic Campus
