The Level 2 Data Technician class is designed to expand the student's troubleshooting capabilities when working in a data center. The primary goal of our Level 2 technician course is to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully troubleshoot more complex scenarios on their own. Students will learn about network topology, how to run network diagnostics and how to manage servers, including routine maintenance, remote and PXE booting, Linux commands and swapping components. This 40-hour course will provide participants with knowledge and skills they can immediately apply in the workplace. Presented in partnership with Google.

March 1-March 15, Monday-Friday from 1:00pm-5:00pm 
The Level 3 Data Technician class is designed to shift students into the role of successfully managing a team of data technicians in a data center. The primary goal of our Level 3 technician course is to familiarize the student with management skills needed in a highly technical environment. Students will learn how to coordinate complex troubleshooting, basics of technical project management, and how to lead teams in a challenging technically advanced setting. This 40-hour course will provide participants with knowledge and skills they can immediately apply in the workplace. Presented in partnership with Google.

January 19- March 15, Monday-Friday from 1:00pm-5:00pm
This three-level program provides students with the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to succeed in a highly technical field. Students will gain practical experience working with specialized hardware and equipment, including proper handling, cleaning, and inspection. As they progress through the program, students will develop advanced troubleshooting skills in areas such as networking, diagnostics, and server management, while also gaining an introduction to technical project management and leadership. By the end of the program students will have developed the knowledge and confidence needed to support the day-to-day operations of a live data center. This course if offered in partnership with Google.
