This 4-week course is every M/W/F from 6am-7am starting Monday, Sept 30^th - Our Running Fitness Course offers college students, faculty, & the public an engaging way to improve their cardiovascular health & build endurance. This course is designed for all fitness levels. Participants will benefit from structured running workouts, collaborative fitness assessments, & a celebratory slideshow of all the individuals participating in the monthly program. Our final week together will be our testing week with snacks & drinks provided! Join us to enhance your physical fitness, reduce stress, & meet fellow individuals with similar health goals. Whether you aim to gain more discipline, motivation, or healthy habits; start by getting involved with a community to challenge yourself to see what you are most capable of!
