Technical Mathematics prepares potential engineering technology students for the mathematics required for success in the field of electronics. It is calculator-based mathematics that covers numbering systems, roots, powers, fractions, decimals, percent’s, linear equations, factoring, graphing, simultaneous equations, complex numbers, trigonometry, trigonometric identities, logarithms, and Boolean Algebra. All mathematical topics are covered using electronic applications. Three hours of this class will be dedicated to developing soft skills.
