This class will guide you through the process of making both flaky and mealy pie crusts—ideal for any sweet or savory creation. You’ll learn professional techniques for mixing, rolling, and crimping. Then, you'll fill your pie with a warm, spiced apple filling and bake it to golden perfection.
As our apple pies bake, we'll also prepare and sample other cherished favorites like pecan and pumpkin pie.
