Class is from 5:00pm-8:00pm, Monday - Thursday, March 3, 2025 - March 6, 2025.
This course is for diesel and auto technicians to prepare for the 609 Certification Exam. This allows industry professionals to understand and stay compliant with EPA guidelines in handling and disposing of refrigerants. The cost of the Test is an extra $20 the day of the Test. The program will only accept Credit/Debit cards with the students name on the card for verification.

Prerequisites:
Have a current AHA BLS Provider Certification. The provider card must be good for 6 months after date of instructor course and presented to the instructor at the start of class.
Be proficient in skills of CPR/AED.
Complete the BLS Instructor Essentials online course and bring certificate to class.

Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training program is designed for adults who would like to train for a high-demand career in a short-term time frame.  Tuition includes online entry-level driver theory training, entry-level driver behind the wheel training, along with testing with a third-party Iowa DOT certified examiner. You will develop skills in backing, turning and safe driving on both rural and suburban roads. You will receive hands-on training using full-size semi-trailers and virtual driving simulators with 10 speed and automatic options available. 
The course can be completed in four weeks, but students proficient in pre-trip inspection, range and road skills may complete CDL testing prior to the end date.
