Prerequisite: Residential and Small Commercial Specialist (RCS), and Building Inspector (ICS)
This course covers the administrative, plan review and inspection requirements for structural energy, accessibility, radon, mechanical and fire protection systems applicable to Class I structures. This is an online course that meets for 15 sessions for a total of 60 hours, which includes a mandatory field trip and has additional online work as well.
Textbooks: 2021 International Building Code, 2021 International Mechanical Code, and the 2021 International Fuel Gas Code. (Non State Edition).

This 144-hour program prepares students to work as Community Health Workers (CHWs) providing services & support to enhance the physical health of patients suffering from chronic illness. CHWs motivate clients to engage in activities that will promote their physical well-being. They have a unique understanding of & trusting relationship with communities they serve. Responsibilities may include: outreach, community education patient advocacy, informal counseling.

Prerequisite: Verterinary Assistant course
All students will be required to complete the clinical externship at a pre-approved veterinary setting to earn the Veterinary Assistant Certificate. Students will be required to purchase a uniform for this module and must have proof of personal insurance. This 100-hour externship will be arranged for each student with the veterinary site.
