This course is an introduction to basic 2D CAD (Computer-Aided Design) techniques using AutoCAD software and provides a guided, hands-on environment to learn the basics of AutoCAD. Fundamentals of drawing and editing are presented and practiced.

The focus is on learning everyday vocabulary, common phrases, and basic grammar needed for simple communication. students practice listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills to build a foundation for further study and use in daily life situations.

This course introduces students to the Spanish Language at the A1 (Beginner) level, following the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Students will acquire foundational skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing while developing practical communication abilities for everyday situations. Instruction will emphasize cultural awareness, authentic materials, and active participation.

Participants will develop skills to anticipate customer needs with empathy and creativity, apply the HEARD service recovery Model (Hear, Empathize, Apologize, Resolve, Diagnose)

This 40-hour course prepares you to function as an ECG Technician in a wide variety of settings including hospitals, physician’s offices, clinics, sport medicine facilities, nursing homes, and insurance companies. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be eligible to sit for the ASPT National certification exam.
