Through an exploration of behavior change theories, motivational interviewing techniques, and the PT Health Lifestyle Appraisal tool, attendees will learn how to effectively assess, guide, and empower patients to adopt healthier lifestyles. Interactive discussions and case-based learning will provide practical strategies to integrate wellness-focused care into practice, enhancing patient outcomes and professional impact.
