Consider the real estate market as a means to change careers or seek additional income. For newcomers, you must meet the requirements for the state examination and you must work as a sales associate within one year of completing the course and passing the exam. Topics include property interest, mortgages, deeds, title closing, liens real estate law and ethics, agency relationships and real estate calculations. This 75-hour course meets the Real Estate Commission requirements for the NJ sales/licensing examination.
Prerequisites: High School or GED Diploma. Textbook included in course fee.
