Welcome to the registration site for UCNJ Union College of Union County, NJ Continuing Education and Workforce Development Courses.

The Senior Scholar program is funded by the Union County Board of County Commissioners. These complimentary courses are available to Union County residents who are 60+ years old. Early enrollment is encouraged due to limited class availability. Please note: classes with a fee are NOT part of the Senior Scholar program.

NJ Real Estate License Continuing Education Workshop (AERL-157)

This 12-hour continuing education workshop fulfills the full education requirements for renewal of a New Jersey real estate license. The package consists of the following (4) courses.

Ethics - (3) hours, Fair Housing - (3) hours, Preventing Identity Theft - (3) hours, Healthy Home Fundamentals - (3) hours

Principles of Real Estate (AERL-101)

Consider the real estate market as a means to change careers or seek additional income. For newcomers, you must meet the requirements for the state examination and you must work as a sales associate within one year of completing the course and passing the exam. Topics include property interest, mortgages, deeds, title closing, liens real estate law and ethics, agency relationships and real estate calculations. This 75-hour course meets the Real Estate Commission requirements for the NJ sales/licensing examination. 
Prerequisites: High School or GED Diploma. Textbook included in course fee.
