This class is based on principles of Stretch and Pilates, seated with a chair or on the floor as well as standing with the barre or chair. Students will learn different stretches and movements using therabands, beginning with the shoulders down to the feet. Students will move to the floor to strengthen their core, back and feet. Students will also work on balance and stability.
