Class Drop Policy: Drops for workshops must be completed before the first day of class. A student who registers for a workshop and fails to attend will not be refunded. If you would like to withdraw from a workshop please sign into your student portal on training.gtc.edu, submit a request, and “Withdrawal from program.” All Withdrawals will be reviewed for processing and refunds may take between 5-15 business days

The second half of the course (623-498) will cover the Analyze, Improve, and Control elements of the DMAIC Process with report outs of individual workplace improvement projects.
