The first half of this course (623-497) is comprised of Lean enterprise and Six Sigma organizational structure, and the elements of define and measure in the DMAIC process. The second half of the course (623-428) will cover the Analyze, Improve, and Control elements of the DMAIC Process with report outs of individual workplace improvement projects.

Corequisite: You must be registered in both the Part A (623-497) and Part B (623-498) courses to participate.
