Welcome to the course catalog for the School of Professional Studies at MCPHS.

Please be advised that MCPHS offices will be closed from December 22nd - January 4th for the Winter Break. During this time, registration processing will be delayed. School of Professional Studies staff will be periodically processing registrations throughout the Winter Break. For prerequisite courses, your 16-week timeline will begin the day that you receive your Welcome email. This processing delay will not impact semester-based registrations.

We offer two types of courses:

  1. Self-Paced Prerequisite Courses.
Even though there is a start date listed in the course description, our self-paced courses can be started at any time. Once you register, you will be able to access the online course in 1-2 business days. You will have 16 weeks to work through the content at your own pace, beginning from your date of registration. Reduced tuition options are available to eligible students. New students to MCPHS are eligible to receive a 50% reduction in the cost of tuition for one course. Please complete the discount code form to receive the discount code. If you have been admitted to a degree program and paid your enrollment deposit, please contact the Admission Office.

  2. Semester-Based Courses.
Pay attention to the start and end dates in the course description. These courses have a fixed term and you will need to keep up with the deadlines for assignments and exams. Please review the location prior to registering, as we offer courses online and on-campus.

Find your course of interest and select “Register” to begin the registration process.

Shopping Cart Limit: There is a limit of two (2) course registrations per transactions. If you are looking to register for more than two courses at once, you will need to complete more than one transaction. For quicker processing, it is highly recommended that you keep all course registrations under one registration account.

Fees: As of March 1st, 2025, a non-refundable Pay Path service charge of 2.95% (minimum $3.00) for domestic issued cards and 4.25% (minimum $3.00) for international issued cards will be added to all card payments.
