CFK FILMMAKING BUNDLE

July 13-July 24, Monday-Friday

With this great intro to filmmaking bundle students will learn about the process of creating a film from the beginning steps of script development, creating shots, through the final process of learning how to edit a film including adding effects and sound. 

At the conclusion of the 2 weeks, students and their families are invited to attend a mini film-festival at Tulsa's historic Circle Cinema where they will get to show off their creations. 

This class is designed as a companion to our Intro to Filmmaking class. Students will learn the different techniques of film and sound editing using industry software solutions. Learn how to add special Fx, sound Fx and splice footage together to create a cohesive film. Students will work on student films shot the previous week to prepare them for presentation at the annual CFK film festival held at Tulsa's historic Circle Cinema.  

*Students can participate in the Film Editing camp without being part of the Filmmaking class. 

Spielberg, Coppola, Scorsese. All great film directors, but how did they get started? Do your kids love to make their own movies at home? In this one week intro to filmmaking camp, your child will learn about the process of making a film from start to finish including story and script development, scene and shot set-up, and the editing process to a final film. On the final day, participants will be able to present their films in a festival like setting at Tulsa's historic Circle Cinema.
