This course is for those whose Foodservice Manager Certificate has been expired for less than 6 months. The class updates and refreshes about safe food techniques. The ServSafe exam is nationally recognized by ANSI-CFP and certification is good for five years. A legal and valid picture ID must be presented before the exam. Tests are available in several languages: English, Spanish, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Modern Chinese, and must be requested at the time of enrollment. The study guide and test are included with registration.
