The ACT is a standardized test used for college admissions.  This course will help students identify their strengths and weaknesses in English, Mathematics, Reading, and Science, and will prepare them for taking the test.  Students will need to purchase The Official ACT Prep Guide 2026-2027, Wiley, and bring it with them to class.  Students will also need to bring paper and pen/pencil for note-taking and an approved calculator.  You will find the approved calculators at the following website:  https://www.act.org/calculator-policy.html.  Students will have one hour for lunch, time is approximate (12:00-1:00).  They can either bring their lunch or may leave campus if they prefer.

Each course has an exit test, and will cover topics on the ongoing automation of traditional manufacturing and industrial practices using modern smart technology.
