You’ll show your skills in compensation with a project that guides you through analyzing jobs, building salary ranges and structures, and evaluating equity issues. In the latter half of the program, you’ll create an employee communications piece that showcases your ability to learn and apply benefits program information to real-life employee scenarios.

Ready to take that next step toward taking professional level photographs? TCC's Photography Level 2 will introduce you to the techniques of basic portraiture in both indoor and outdoor venues. You will also receive an introduction to studio lighting, including using both constant light and studio flash equipment. Students will receive a basic introduction to digital editing and methods for protecting their photographic images. Mastery of these necessary skills will improve your photography and are essential to your future success in more advanced photographic endeavors.

Do you want to be more than someone who just takes pictures? Are you confused by all those buttons and dials on your digital camera? Then this is the course for you! During this course you will gain a solid background in the basic techniques of exposure control, photographic composition, focusing your camera, and taking control of all those buttons and dials. You will learn how different camera lenses affect your photos, how to use a flash unit with your camera, and how to critique your own photographic work. This course will give you a solid foundation from which to pursue your own photographic journey.
