This 5 day camp will introduce the basics of American Sign Language including vocabulary and key phrases associated with everyday routines like breakfast, and bedtime, school and work related items, and signs used for everyday activities like counting and using money. Your student will also learn how subtle changes in hand movement or hand and finger placement change a word's meaning or indicate an adjective, as well as how the placement of nouns and adjectives in common English varies from ASL.
