This course introduces how AI is being used in today’s business world. You will learn the basics of AI and how it impacts strategy, operations, communication, and decision-making.
You will also get hands-on practice using AI tools for writing, research, brainstorming, and improving everyday workflows. Along the way, we’ll cover how to think critically about AI, including its risks, limitations, and responsible use in real business settings.
