Want to take your photography to a new level and turn them into works of art? Stop using in-camera processed JPGs. When you use RAW files and process them in Adobe Lightroom you are opening a world of new possibilities for your photos. You will learn the many different tools available in Lightroom such as lightening, darkening, softening, filters, converting images to black and white, and many more. Students must have a digital DSLR (or mirrorless) camera with full manual capability to all classes. Required: Adobe Lightroom Classic, the desktop version. If you have questions please contact the instructor prior to the start of classes.
Instructor will email you prior to the class and send you the Zoom link to join the class.
Prerequisite: Photography 1 is required or instructor approval. In order to understand how Lightroom can be used the student needs a good understanding of the Histogram (broken down: Blacks, Shadows, Midtones, Highlights and Whites).
Please note that the Adobe Lightroom subscription is not included in the price of the class. Students are responsible for purchasing the subscription on their own.
