The Workplace Readiness program has three components: Job Readiness (8 courses), Job Seeking (6), and Job Keeping (3s). Program curriculum combines pre- and post-assessments and intervention activities to target those hard to teach skills critical in the workplace. Each pathway provides over 750 30-60 second videos to compliment skill intervention activities. Upon completion of any or all parts of the three-part series (Job Readiness, Job Seeking, and Job Keeping) learners have the ability to earn a Tulsa Community College digital badge documenting pathway competence
